BUSH FARM

Kirkwood McLean have been working closely with the Bush Farm Client for nearly two years to identify and develop a site which will enable them to realise their dream of building their own home. The Bush Farm Site is located within the Hertfordshire countryside, in a rural setting, deep within the Green Belt. The scheme proposes a new-build family home arranged over two storeys with an associated low-level, leisure block discreetly set within the existing topography. The building massing and materiality have been developed in conjunction with the local planning authority to produce a scheme which contributes positively to its sensitive, green-belt setting.
