Manor House Restoration
Kirkwood McLean were the Architect and Lead Consultant for the refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Manor House in Berkshire.
The project created a substantial family home and involved the creation of a new basement, reconfigured above ground accommodation along with full and detailed historical renovations to the listed external facade and roof.
Built during the Victorian Period, in the Baronial Style, the building is arranged over 3 floors with a tripartie internal arrangement enabling the house use to be scaled up or down depending on its occupation.
The project was successfully completed late 2017.
