SURREY POOL HOUSE

Kirkwood McLean are the Architect and Lead Consultant for the construction of a contemporary pool annexe to a Grade II* Listed Manor House.

Located within the Surrey Hills, the site commands stunning views over the surrounding landscape. The proposal looks to create a subtle new swimming pool, gym, sauna and treatment room on the site of a former glass house. The project also calls for the historic restoration of the loggia which connects the new building back to the Main House.

The project commenced on site in January 2017 with completion scheduled for spring 2018.
